One of the best video covering this kind of technology. Well done.

Could you please explain why CRC check was not needed again ? I couldn't understand that

CRC check is not needed in 10BASE-T1S because the PAM3 coding scheme is able to detect and correct errors in the transmitted data.

for me It's not clear how to implement a time-sensitive network using ieee 1588 PTP or IEEE 802.1AS within 10base-t1s or overall how to achieve synchronisation in vehicles using 10base-t1s

There is no good ptp support in 10BASE-T1S right now but there is a lot of work going on in this area. Example PPT -> www.ieee802.org/1/files/public/docs2022/ds-huh-use-cases-10B-T1S-improvement-0122-v02.pdf

Can this be used to transfer firmwares to pcb's as currently factories program pcb's using RS-232 or RS-485 or occasionally using a usb type-b printer connector or would it require purchasing an extra chip to solder on the pcb and therefore not be financially viable?

if there is a "bootloader" designed to work on 10BASE-T1S, then it could work just like RS-232 or RS-485. It is up to the system / PCB / Firmware designers to support this in the system or not. Just like CAN, FlexRay, Etherent or anyother network.

Hlo sir i wanted to Know how can we implement 10base-t1s in zonal architecture ?

To implement 10BASE-T1S in a zonal architecture, you need to understand the requirements, design the architecture, choose the right hardware, configure the central hub and switches, and finally test the network. You might be interested in checking out our RAD-Meteor device, which is a cost-effective way to add a 10BASE-T1S (IEEE Std 802.3cg) port to your computer using USB. With RAD-Meteor, you can monitor 10BASE-T1S traffic as if it were a standard Ethernet port, and it also supports the test modes and waveforms required to test the 10BASE-T1S network.
