They were geographically part of it but still belonged to south america becuase of they used to belong to Colombia. And yes in football, every club and national team have A, B and C or even D teams. Considerando que Canadá, EE.UU e inclusive Guatemala y Jamaica (con 8 titulares en Premier League) han tenido un crecimiento bastante grande en los últimos años, este torneo es todo menos Amateur. Podrá ser el peor torneo continental del mundo, sin embargo este ha sido uno de los más parejos de los últimos tiempos especialmente por los equipos ya mencionados.
