মুক্তিযোদ্ধা সন্তানদের পুনর্বাসন করতে হলে সুদমুক্ত ঋণ কিংবা আর্থিক প্রণোদনা দিতে পারেন । মেধাশূন্য প্রশাসন কাম্য হতে পারে না । কম মেধাবীদের চাকুরি দেয়া প্রয়োজন কি?
