First person in turn order for worker placement works because they are last in points so getting to build for free is a catch up mechanism so someone isn't left in the dust.
Luke, I’m very close to picking up Kanban EV on a 20% off sale on boxing Day. Even then it’s going to cost me $150. I hope this is as good as you think it is. We do enjoy the gallerist (paid $40 for that) but my wife is having more difficulty getting into the car theme. I’m trying to talk her into it. If it doesn’t work out, I should be able to at least recoup $100 when I sell it.
Biggest issue is number of cards you actually choose, depending on player count. 3 players is 4 cards per round = 12 cards in total which is about right to get good mix of set collection, end game scoring cards etc. However 4 players is 3 cards per round = 9 cards in total which is nowhere near enough and gives a totally different feel to the game.
I liked this one. It's an easy to manage game when you want a light-ish game. It's sad that I had to buy the expansion to also get the solo mode though. Not sure which one is sadder, the fact that they sold it that way or that I went and bought it 😀
I like a great looking game and this one fits the bill. I see you talked about many, but what about replayability? I guess that would be how the cards come out, correct?
The video looks a bit too bright and grainy, looks like a filter. Agreed on the game, it's gorgeus and plays very well. Didnt try with the expansion though.
Thumbs up for wooden tokens. Wood is good!

Thanks for the positive review. 8 out of 10 is solid, appreciated!
No worries! 😁👍
It looks interesting and I would like to play it.
Intersting one. I´m waiting for the Andromeda ones.

You got a copy of Gallerist for 40$! That's a great find.
