is the Frozen float the only one that prevented the garlands from going up over Main Street at Christmas, or are there other floats that make that impossible (If that IS the only one, I'm kind of surprised they don't move PTN back to Disneyland during the Viva Navidad festival at DCA

They moved it over to DCA but they got rid of the Frozen float. It's too tall for the cables on the main strip.
