Im a Psychologist and I will say I have learned how to compartmentalize what people share. Additionally, I feel privilege for the stories people bring to therapy and role I play in their lives. I also have a therapist that I see for my personal stuff and a couples therapist for my relationship 😊
Guys I believe that therapist see therapist too because after listening all they listen to every day ,they themselves need to be heard too.
Some of the therapists end up with mental issues even suicide.

Hope di oven out ah commission fi real otherwise Tami in trouble. The kids birthdays are based on the farmer worker winter break 😂. A little argument is healthy it becomes problematic when you can’t move past them. Tami response to Wayne asking what him ah guh eating was funny and then shi nyamm ah road and swallow every spoonful of Wayne’s soup. Caan lie mi did a drink the soup wid my yeye dem, looks delicious bad.

This video really made me look at me and my wife of 35 years. We actually never argue at all. I was trying to remember the last time the year that we had a dispute and there have actually never been a time. Maybe all these years together have caused us to be so much a like.

Hi Family! Therapist here! We absolutely need our own therapists. Some schools/ jobs require that we have one to make sure we take care of ourselves. And no psychoanalyzing, just here for the joy!

Lol...lol no psycoanalyzing Tami..😂. Yes, therapists have therapists. We also instill particular practices in our own lives, intentionally ie.. self care, mental wellness practices, effective boundaries & circle of support. To name a few.
I've been a therapist for over 20 years now.
Watching your vlogs is a part of my self care routine. (I have a daily, weekly & every 4 months self care routine).❤

I'm still struggling with her passing😢😢 but I do have pics but. Wished I recorded with her voice. Grieving process is raw still😢😢 but I do get to smile watching MTM vlogs.

I always say that going to therapy is the best money you will ever spend. Not even buying KFC on payday feels as good.
As a mental health and behavioral therapist…I absolutely have a therapist. I also make sure to not stop doing things that I love to do. Lastly, I’m vocal when I need a timeout or to step away from something or someone

I’m not a Therapist (not licensed) but I was enrolled in and completed 2.5 years of Masters in Counseling (specializing in Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health counseling). And during those years, one of the things I did learn was that yes, it’s in fact important and highly recommend that all Therapists also have/see another Therapist or have some form of outlet based on the nature of their profession.
