Leaning forward like that is a lot on my low back, have to make sure to keep core engaged. I did this exercise again today & it is so good. I have a hiking stick I will use for now, is perfect!

I definitely do not need to use weights for this (second) exercise. At least not yet, and probably never, the hiking stick works so well.

Thanks for this video. I'm currently undergoing P.T. for an old neck injury, so I won't use this now (plenty to do already to heal). But, I like to go back to these videos when I need help. I love what you do.

❤ the channel! When performing the modified Cuban lift exercise, my impinged shoulder is very much misaligned with my good shoulder. Should I still try to perform the exercise with improper form? Thanks.

Thank you! It's an important question, and the answer is no. If you cannot perform the exercise with proper technique, it's not a good fit for you right now. Maybe something like this would help ease you along: th-cam.com/video/yGVX8PBN40M/w-d-xo.html

I love your videos! So friendly--always. Just seeing this now. It looks like the safest exercise for me to use, that I have seen--for my shoulder impingement. My shoulders have been tight my whole life, and after an injury over two years ago my right shoulder needs constant attention. Thank you, Yoni!

Can you make a new video on trigger finger without special equipment? I've tried many exercises and enzymes and nothing works! Several years ago I had an injection and it helped for a year, but it raised my blood pressure and I don't want to do it again.

Ironically I have both those same issues. I had knee surgery to “clean up” the knee and did physical therapy for several months. It fixed the sciatica pain. I try to continue with leg presses and row machine. My knee is better but it’s still bone on bone. It still cracks but not as much. The alternative is a partial or full knee replacement which I’m trying to put off. GL!
