Hi dear Sarthi group, Do you think is still possible to match into internal medicine with just telerotations? The pandemic has ended but some IMG can have visa issues and the steps passed. Thanks
Hi Sarthi group! Thank you for such an informative video! Congratulations!! Could you please let us know who is considered a recent graduate by the PDs?
Sir . He has got admits from several universities for MPH . What university /institute would you suggest if he wants to pursue internal medicine residency in future.
@@usmlesarthi2024 His admits are from following places: NEW YORK medical college University of Cincinnati Boston university UT health sciences Texas Texas A&M Icahn school of medicine University of north texas U at buffalo Drexel university Which university I select
@@sanskarjain7251 They are good schools. You can check ranking if that is of interest. Overall go for the one which has good hands-on projects and programs on East coast are typically better in terms of options to connect with residency programs. But other factors may vary like scholarship etc. Good luck
If I completed med school in 2019 but my diploma issue date is 2020, am I considered a 2019 graduate or 2020 graduate? If I apply for the upcoming match will I be considered a recent graduate? Or I'm considered over the 3 year cut off?
@@usmlesarthi2024 thank you very much, now I'm just waiting that my visa interview doesn't get canceled (again) to hire your services, if it gets canceled, I'll hire a virtual rotation.

She was with me on one of my IM rotations. Congratulations Dr.Tanya
Hope you match as well
@@usmlesarthi2024 Thank you :)
Since visa issues has started now in India, I will also apply after June or july for pediatrics rotations.
Thanks for the helpful advice. Does home country LOR from American board certified physician help? In addition to tele-rotations
Depends on the experience. Big hospital, inpatient is valuable.
Congratulations Tanya! 😍
Thank you! 🤗

Upto 3 years of graduation is typically a recent grad.
@@usmlesarthi2024 how much of home country experience is preferred? I am a 2018 graduate.
Working as a GP since then.
@@drmerajunnissa1165 Home country COVID experience is very helpful.
Any links for telerotation? Thanks
Please check our website www.usmlesarthi.com/clinicalrotations
When should I join the Saarthi team? My step 1 exam is end of this year
After the Step 1 if you are applying in Sept 2022, joining us in Dec 2021 or Jan 2022 will be quite useful to you
