Wonderful video. My passion for cards came from my father who collected in the early 1950's and of course, his cards were trashed and eventually thrown away. People who buy modern cards to grade and flip will never have these connections.
Great cards Mike ! You're exactly right about the connection of memories and baseball ,I had the same thing in my family , my Dad and Grandma were huge baseball fans . Thanks for the great video Mike .
Awesome video!!! The stories and memories are what is important here. The cards are part of it but the stories are priceless and important to you and your Dad. Happy Father's Day to the both of you!!!!!
This was a great video to watch of you and your father. It's definitely awesome to see the memories that you share and the ones that he recalls. So awesome Mike!!!
Thanks for sharing with your dad. Packs of cards cost a nickel in that time and I think you got about 7 or 8 cards in a wax pack as I recall. Box of 24 packs for $1.20!!!
RIP Willie Mays, great video Mike
Love this video with your pops

This was incredible Mike. You certainly got the collecting gene from your Uncle, who loved those cards you showed today. Amazing Family heirlooms
Somehow I missed this when it first dropped but Garrett sent me over. Glad he did. What a wonderful video for Father's Day.

Great video - how do I get in on your SGC submissions?
The "book value" of those cards is miniscule compared to the meaning they have for you and your father. Great video!
