    Love your set up. Simple and straightforward. Love it being a solo female car camper. Stay blessed and safe.🙏🏾

    Your humor about forgetting the keys to the roof storage bin is appreciated. 😊

      Well, if my food and clothes were in there, I would have been really upset.

    That helps a lot. Thanks. Just used my she wee. Don’t know about that thing. Weewee’d on myself. Thank god I was at home trying it. I guess I’ll have to practice more. 🤣🤣🤣

      Not too crazy about the she wee. I love the ones that I use. No issues. And practice makes perfect. It's like you're an acrobat in the car!!

      Absolutely!!! We're in the talks about a GA trip. We definitely will let you know when we have that planned. We're talking about Fort Clinch, too - so that's not too far from you, 2 hours. It should be fun!!!

    Two questions: what are you using for potty and which window screen cover do you recommend? Thank you!

      I use a female urinal bottle during the nights and I have a foldable bucket style toilet if I need to go-go. At campgrounds, I use a privacy tent and set it up as a bathroom, though at night, I still use my bottle/toilet inside the vehicle. I don't like getting out at night.
      I use window shades for my back side windows. They are a very tight mesh, so air can still get in. You can still roll your windows up and down with them on. I've had them 2 years and no holes or rips. I made my own window coverings, but I'm saving up to buy the Weathertech ones. I hear they are great.
      I will leave my amazon associate links below if you're interested. I do make a few cents off the link.

    Looks great, why aren’t you covering up with the heated blanket? You have packed that suv so full of everything you could need. I was wondering how cold it was that weekend! Hope you had another great trip camping out 💕

      @OutonaLimbwithKym  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      What do you mean? I had a sheet over the electric blanket. A few times, it got too hot, and it was only on setting 5. It was 36 degrees!!!!

      @@OutonaLimbwithKym I cover up with my blankets. I’ve always been told it’s not good to lay on heating pads and I would assume the same for the heated blankets. 🤷🏼‍♀️

      @wanderlust62 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@OutonaLimbwithKym It is. There are several reasons, but the basic is body temperature. The electrical wires create a continual temperature the interferes with the body's nocturnal sleep patterns. Our bodies naturally drop to a lower temperature when we are sleeping. A blanket with a shut-off timer or warm the bed, then shut off. If keeping on, after warming set to the lowest. I use a heated blanket with a sheet between me and the blanket and I turn it off after the bed is toasty warm. Personally, I'd like one with a shut-off timer and a turn-on timer!!!

      @@wanderlust62 Oh, good to know!!!! Even though it's plugged into the jackery, there's something about the wires that freak me out - like I can still get electrocuted. lol

    Very interesting. I'm not a camper, so seems like a lot to have to do. But, I can tell it isn't for you...Can tell you know what you are doing and where everything is and goes. Quite impressive! When your friend joins you, does she use electricity from the same place as you?

    • @OutonaLimbwithKym
      @OutonaLimbwithKym  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      She used the electricity to power up her Jackery. That's it. There's only one electric box per site.
