Bro I applied for ip ward certificate but it was rejected and they gave reason as IW / mother name is mismatch in esic records with certificates so we have to give mother or IW name as per my 10th marks card or as per in e pehchan card?
You have to correct your mothers name in esic Card first after that apply for IP ward certificate

Is ESIC quota available for MD/MS admissions ( if someone has done mbbs from different college but have ESIC card).
Or it is only applocable for mbbs/bds/ nursing.
Applicable only for ug course, not for pg courses

You Can go for 100 rupees stamp , and there is no specific amount mentioned in esic document list
