Don’t take THIS to the beach in CAMP DE MAR, Mallorca this Summer

Visiting Camp de Mar at the very end of March 2024, my main piece of advice is - don’t take this to the beach in Camp de Mar, Mallorca this Summer.
So check out my pre-season review to the resort in the South West of Mallorca and find out the location of some key hotels, see what's open, and enjoy the views

That's a great walk around the resort & loads of useful information. I sometimes feel that the views of the places like the Restaurant Illeta are perhaps better than the views from the places themselves, it does look great lit up at night.

Yes the restaurants have become a bit pretentious now in the resort compared to my stay in the 80s.

Hello, I did include a map on my Guide to Camp de Mar video which I link to and it's in the description. I can't do maps for every video just time wise. In this case, I quickly edited this video around midnight on Saturday night before leaving my Mums to get a flight back to the island the next morning, and I have such a busy week, I knew it was then or never to get that video out.... I hope you understand!

Lovely video, Alex. It's a resort that I'm not familiar with. You don't really see it advertised in the British travel companies as much as Palma Nova, Magaluf, or Santa Ponsa.

I'm guessing this was filmed a few days ago because the live webcam shows sun beds on the beach.

It was filmed last week - I can’t always film and publish the same or next day. The stress of doing that is immense - sorry. Plus I have other work and I’m also a parent . The information I hope is also useful - and aside from the sunbeds (and the horse) it is still very relevant .

I’m coming here in June, what is it like for mosquitoes in Camp de mar as I am very allergic to them and they always bite me.

I absolutely cannot give you a forecast on what the mosquitoes will be like months in advance. If you’re very allergic then either reconsider your trip or come prepared.
