Praying in the Spirit does not mean speaking in tongues. It means praying with Gods will as your focus and intent, as opposed to praying with selfish ambition. We can walk in the Spirit too! The Charismatic movement had to change the definition of tongues, as there is no where in the Bible that it says OR demonstrates a heavenly prayer language. And no cessationist thinks the Holy Spirit is “weird”. Babbling incoherently (without interpretation) IS weird though as it goes against the guidelines for tongues laid out in Scripture. Where is a baptism of the Holy Spirit with “many fillings” shown in Scripture? Doesn’t the Holy Spirit indwell in all believers at the moment of conversion? You’re taking Acts out of context here. Would love to chat more about this. God bless.
