Even Prestige car guy Omar puts fake customers reviews on his site (famous journalist Fasi Zaka pic was showed under customer testimonials, which he called fake as name was incorrect). I am engineer at Mercedes Benz Headquarters Germany. I drove different Mercedes Benz EQE 53 4MATIC+ AMGs
Not every car has the massage seat option even though they were the same badge. So probably its optional, not standard for E class I suppose.
Also the passenger screen was common among all the EQE 53 4MATIC+ AMGs. I guess because it was AMG, so it had that screen. That means, its not for the S class only.
That Fake Sound depends on the driving mode you select. Also it can be customized.
Brakes, I'm not sure, but should be able to change it to normal braking from that regenerative braking (which feels different)

Its a new car, a person who buy this also give a great car, so i think almost 10 years you run the car with only tyre change and sensors calibrating cost....
I have a liking for Sunil Manj as he has been runing the Pak Wheels since all these years. Recently he has shifted more so like SUPERCAR BLONDIE; look at what she covers; the UNIQUE hence not so practical stuff. Sunil used to cover and cater for a NORMAL Pakistani middle class; now he isn't. Perhaps the middle class is vanishing fast.

PakWheels has really turned into a joke. It was an informative channel. Now it's all about Celebrities reviews, Dealer's reviews etc.
Suneel is a great guy, but he could improve his PakWheels reviews by watching manufacturer videos of specific car beforehand

that's 50% value lost in just one year as the car was more than a $100,000 New.
