She's not completely lipsyncing, you can actually hear the backup track and her voice... she actually goes a tiny bit flat on a few notes, not enough to mess up the song, but enough to show she's not /completely/ cheating :) Nice song though
She does look like shes lip sync'n, however with high performance entertainment like this its not surprising. the level of fitness an individual would have to have to dance for a full set and sing without sound like your out of breath is up there....
