Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

I've been doing this for almost an year and yes it has helped me a lot..I'll be honest when you'll start you won't be able to do it as smoothly as she's doing in the video and although it's just a 10min workout but these 10mins will drench you in sweat and it will demand every ounce of your stamina which will make these 10 mins a ride to hell(at least in my opinion) and it took me around 25(or 28)days to reach that level where I started doing it like how she's doing it in the video and I'm not bragging but honestly now I complete all the drills with larger number of sets compared to her..so yes this workout is very helpful but only when you're consistent with it and the most important thing is that you should be most careful about your diet because health is built 30% in the gym and 70% in the kitchen Hope my experience helped you😊 Good luck 👍 Best regards.🙏🧡

Jump rope for 15 min with some streching and strength excercise is good enough to stay fit..I found jump rope to be much more useful tahn any other cardio for if done properly..
And today after two months of exercising this workout daily I can finally say that now I can do it exactly how's she doing it Earlier my breather used to last for 65-70 seconds and I could hardly continue with each exercise for more than 25-30 seconds But today I'm thanking myself for not giving up 3.9 kgs down in 2 months🙏 Instead of 45 now I carry on with each exercise for 60-65 seconds with breathing time still remaining the same -15 seconds Thank you so much Gunjan di for introducing me with this 10 min workout PS cooking red sauce pasta for myself as my cheat meal with coke and icecream and that too in my favorite dress that few months ago used to get stuck above my waist and didn't fit at all☺☺

Woow! Great.. too intense.. the only problem: breathing pattern.. the video must also include whn to inhale and exhale.. it would be of great help @gunjanshouts
