Sir at first V4 is connected in between a2 and b2 but at last it will be connected between a1 and b1 .which one is correct?
yes its wrong the connections are reversed and phasor diag at 18:00 should be reversed coz the connections are different

Yes u missed...both a different connections..the first one there is no connection at all between windings, and the second one is a star connection...

because V1 and V2 are related only with the transformation ratio, there is no parameter which changes the phase.
But in case of 1ph transformer we know V2 opposes V1
