If you don't have a midi keyboard yet I would go for a full sized keyboard like the m-audio axiom 25. That's what I use in my 80's video. Something like that would give you more control of your sounds, it has more features like the pads, and will give you a more realistic feel of playing an actual keyboard. As far as how many keys you want, that's really up to you. Those smaller keyboards work great but they're more for travel/portability. If that's what you're looking for then either of those would be a great choice. Good luck!

I assume he wrote these lyrics for this particular beat, which, does not make it a freestyle. But it's still lit af.
