    I need exercising tips too. Like yesterday, I said that I’m going to exercise and then I only end up eating junk food 😅

    3:32 I’m not big on exercising too, however on the weekends, I usually go hiking. And if I can’t, I usually put on some exercise videos. Wished I had tips but it’s mostly just trying to form a habit. Writing down that you’re going to do throughout the day and completing it.

      I know. It’s been a struggle. I guess I just can’t find the motivation in me to start. I just really need to convince myself that it’s for my own good.
