Beautiful flows. I always include something from your videos or programmes in my classes. Everyone loves trying new movements and they feel so much better after each session 🙂
Been doing these dynamic/animal flow/functional type movements most mornings for a couple of months now and my 62y old body is starting to take notice. Starting to feel (and look) more like I did in my 20 and 30s ;) These flows are great for the older person, no hard impacts, but build on flexibility, coordination, balance and strength. And, as other folks have mentioned, they're great fun and make you feel fantastic. You're an inspiration, Steph. Keep the videos coming
Your channel is great!! I've been looking for some flows to reduce the stiffness I accumulated after doing purely strength drills for 4 months. Your videos are really filling in this gap for me. Thank you!
@@StephanieRosePhase6Indeed! I admittedly was not blessed with great athleticism and unfortunately I let that be a determining factor in my training for years. Now, in my early sixties, I have surprised myself how much more ability I actually have by simply committing to improving glaring weaknesses.
So cool! I love how simple and straightforward your videos are👍 You move clearly and gracefully, so it's easy to catch on and copy, without losing the sense of play and exploration with spoonfed technical explanations☺ thanks
So fluid! You make every movement look so smooth and effortless. It must have taken you time, patience and practice to reach these stages of grace. I am however concerned about your 'dragon' movement where both lower limbs move over your flexed head and neck. If done by someone with lesser experience as myself, it might cause neck injuries. Just my thoughts.
I was excited to find these workouts and so disappointed after clicking them. Im usually not standing in front of my screen reading small print when doing exercises. I don't understand why people choose not to have audio in their videos when there are so many voice over options. When you're showing unique exercises or have little rest time between movements it's helpful to explain what's happening next and how the movement should feel in the body
@JetserKletser81 pretty sure they are? Plus what they are talking about comes down to safety. I've been on my at home fitness journey since 2020 and have hurt myself several times from trying a routine and not understanding the correct form. Hopefully the content creator can take good advice and apply it to videos later on.
I found this both inspiring and relaxing to watch. Thank you 😊🙏🏼
It's quite rare to come across a bodyweight athlete that makes me excited to try it out!
People underestimate these routines. She makes them look easy, but they are not. However they are fun!

I love your sequence of exercises because they are not about jumping and at the same time are a great stretching approach

straight up.
I truly appreciate that! Thank you 🙏😌
wish I would of understood more as a teenager how much genetics dictate how you will look feel and age as the years go on. I realize it now
Genetics do help, but at the end of the day, you are the one who determines how you age and feel 👊

just watch and imitate. or film yourself, then you can see where your form diverges
Change the Playback setting to 25%.
Make an effort

😅
I wish I could find some one with my fat ass body type doing this. Seeing normal size people do this just makes me green with envy.
