Can’t listen to this episode because it involves children and my mind just can’t go there right now. But I preordered my signed copy and I am SO EXCITED! Alaina you’re a freaking legend! Having 3 kids myself, idk how the hell you do it! You are such an inspiration! Keep doing your thing girl and I so hope to meet you someday so you can tell me your secret to badassery! ❤

I only wanna add about the bread knife!!!
It depends on the brand and the age of the blade and usage for it considered to be dull/not sharp. Otherwise it will cut you VERY EASILY.
I only say this because I’m a chef and I work with blades all the time and have cut my self with it by slicing or barely touching the blade. If it has any type of point on it, it will go through anything almost (obviously not a rock or something in that type of solidness) .. for example look up the Mercer renaissance series bread knife. It has a particular point on the end and the serades are very evident.
But other than that one note I absolutely love you guys and I listen to y’all all day 😂 … the George saxton murder case was one of my favorite.

PS. The Delphi case is far from closed. They have an arrest of a man who is innocent until proven guilty.

I bawled when I heard what those monsters did to her 😢 and then had nightmares because I was violently RPd and they didn't ever catch the monster who did it.

Wow, I’m surprised I was able to listen to that. Really wanted to break down and cry for that poor girl. I think y’all focusing more on the police fuck ups really helped me not to just start balling

How the FUCK did I not know that this case was an entirely false conviction!?! The shit they don't teach us, and the shit that STILL fails to make the news...smdh...thank God for Independent journalism & research, at least the poor kid's name can be somewhat cleared today. What a tragedy and absolute EMBARASSMENT of the US justice system. Let alone those victims who were savaged, their families, and the thought of at least TWO sadistic offenders skipping free for the rest of their lives. UGHHHHHHH&HHHHH😢🤯🤯🤯Thank you for covering this.

You all watch waaaaaaay too much television. Yes, some law enforcement officers are losers, but the majority work hard and want to find the truth. This was much harder in the 40s when evidence was harder to come by and much harder to analyze. It's never been true that cases are solved in the 44 minutes it takes during our fave police dramas, and assuming that this means that officers are dumb or not trying makes their already difficult jobs even harder.
