I would recommend that the video should demonstrate and explain procedures for wiping down cabinet; Clean metal pole, then top of cabinet side-to-side motion and back-to-front, sides of cabinet up-down motion back-to-front, and bottom side-to-side motion-back-to-front.
Don't spray your disinfectant into the hood. This action will add particles and disturb airflow. Never clean in circular strokes and scrubbing mention as this also disturbs airflow and generates contamination. Use wipers to wipe in a uniform direction, clean to dirty.
