I think the problem lies after ACL he played too many games and when he got injured in the last two campaigns he started playing as soon as he recovered and was doing full 90s. He needed rest because mentally I believe he wasnt there. He was very solid in the last campaign for the 9 games at the end , so lets hope he gets back to what he was because I have seen him play and its more of a mental drain than a physical let down I believe. Perhaps we should buy a quality cb and only play him in premier league or if we reach a cup/europa final.
