      Due to international law he can’t well is not that easy Embassies are unique no country can enter another's embassy, even if it's in your country. Julian Assange sought refuge in the Ecuadorian embassy in London, where he couldn't be arrested by the UK for years because technically, the embassy belongs to Ecuador, though it's in London.

      @@SKSONKO my question is why didn't he apply the the law when they demolished the Moroccan embassy? Now I am sending you an assignment for you to educate him and his team regarding international law's round the world.

    It's so disheartening how this operation is being carried out. I simply can't comprehend how some of our government officials use to think. So stupid and low IQ .How on earth can you be creating/ widenig roads without putting in them some very important features(parking lots etc) in it. You can't just allocate a business premises to a big company like Africel etc without allowing them to have nearby parking spaces for their staffs and most importantly their customers for temporary parking. That's why it's very important to travel sometimes and experience how people in other part of the world are living.I swear to God, some of these structural demolitions are very unnecessary. It seems as some business and compound owners are being strangled and have no where to express their grievances. What a sad Nation, no hope for the citizens.

    • @Pmk5398
      @Pmk5398 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Think critically to see the good in this operation. Where in Europe will you see a private business structure on a public road obstructing daily movements.

    • @saiidyy1008
      @saiidyy1008 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@Pmk5398 My friend, I think you don't get my point. I'm in no way against these operation. I'm already aware of the good side of it. True that these small shops, canteens, garages etc installed in some of our main highways as evidenced in this video should be cleared for better widening of the road. But my issue is, if you decide to carry out such kind of operations , a first hand solution should already be in place. Secondly, the fact that you decide to widen the road doesn't mean you should go ahead in demolishing some compounds and structures unnecessarily. A perfect example is the case of this africel building. There are certain features in building which are attached to it for external beautification, and we have seen it in all parts of the world. So how can u just get up one day and start destroying unnecessary structures when in first place they the government are the one who allocated it to people

      To clean up the country and stop illegal trading outside other paying businesses. It's high time. The Gambia meets the standard of other West African nations! Clean and organised. There are empty markets Street sellers can fill and sell from.

    It’s bad when they don’t have car parks for the people working in the offices to park . They will be driving away business when customers and workers have no place to park their cars . They build beautiful new roads to bring people but no place for the traffic can stop . Seems pretty pointless. All the nice garden areas and trees removed it’s going to look like a dusty bleak place , certainly not encouraging tourists to visit.
