Yes i had the same problem. Quality is not as good as from the DJI but it is easy to create footage by yourself.

Nice little gadget. What's the battery life?
I m getting around 18 of these routines out of 1 battery. So i think pretty good for this size of battery.
The microphone issue is your Pixel. I’ve watched many, many reviews. It’s apparent the HOVERAir X1 is most compatible and most seamless with an iPhone.

Thanks for the detailed review. I came across your channel not longtime ago and love your content. I am wondering at what speed you can ride in Dolly mode before overtaking the drone and is the drone doing once you overtake it?
Thanks a lot. I would say that you can maybe go 20kmh but would need to give it another try and watch the speed. Once you overtake it, it starts following you. Its my favourite mode of the drone.
Is it possible to take pictures with it not just video? How good are the photos?
It is but i have not tried it out yet. Will do over the weekend and update in some shorts.

Could this drone be used say if u wanted to film say from ground up ie if u want3d film say side of your house from ground go up abouve tje roof top of your home and then come back down while filming just asking as this is what i do on my channel called

Yes you can also use an app on your phone to fly it any way you want. So it it is ok for you to do it with the app it should work.

Did you try using the manual? The instructions on HoverX1 are total garbage! Had to write my own instructions as I flew it. You are on your own figuring things out. No guide in the tiny manual on what the icons on the drone stand for at ALL. You basically have to figure all the controls out by yourself. No information on the camera, photo/video size, storage, transferring files or phone control or ANYTHING!!! Who wrote this manual? For 400 bucks I want a nice informative manual.
I would not buy until they improve the manual and app. The whole thing is a hot mess! The manual needs to be rewritten and app needs to be better laid out for usage.
I did not try to use the manual. I found the app explained the modes just well enough for me to get things started and figured things out along the way. Documentation is often a bit of a letdown for these kind of Chinese products. So its learning by doing i guess 🫣
Who reads manuals and instructions these days. Most things don't come with instructions now. Just look up on TH-cam..it's easier.
