Well researched report, However Borosil will be no longer be a monopoly in India from 2023, since Asahi India Glass which is a monopoly in Automobile glass in India, is also entering Solar Glass manufacturing. Borosil is no longer exciting stock from Investment perspective.

Solar power is growing fast but it requires huge land.
This country is extremely sensitive in land acquisition field, I afraid; getting land may arise a major road block in future.
