Don’t talk foolish this is a national highway as stated by vlogger hence NH comes under control of Nation Highway authority which is under central government governed by BJP.
The central Government has released funds multiple times to NPP government of Meghalaya but they never fixed the roads or tried to improve it you can RTI this information about how much funds have been released. Meghalaya government is doing nothing for this Highway.

This is where the central government should intervene. Because of some reason the concerned state government remains neutral to the sufferings of commuters on this road. This is where the role of union alias central government starts. This road is lifeline of cachar valley, Tripura, Manipur, mizoram. Why the central government is indifferent or mute spectator in this case. Ridiculous.
