Hey Fernan, it will also detect conditional formatting. You just need to save your report every time you make a change to any visual, conditional formatting etc.
Hi thanks for making me discover this tool. One question: if a measure is unused in a visual but is used to calculate an other measure, would this tool flag it as unused ?

Hi Fernan, thanks for the video. The tool detects conditional formatting, the issue is that you have to save the report file to apply the changes to the layout (definition) and then run again to see the changes.
Intersting one as usual 👍. For the Chart name, why dont Power BI use the chart title as a name for easy underatading instead putting card visual, bar chart etc.
I tried the measure killer. In my test file i had 6 measures and 6 columns. It said that i have 105 unused measures out of 345. This is a really great tool but needs a little fixing. :)

Aha, I knew I was doing something wrong, thank you for clarifying! I've pinned this comment for everyone else!

no of course not, it checks everything (model, visuals, conditional formatting, filters, even Power Query)
Thanks for sharing! Super useful for cutting out clutter and unused queries.

Thank you.
Cool. Does it also recognize duplicate measures? Like
my1=sum(Sales(Amount)
my2=sum(Sales(Amount)
my3=CALCULATE(sum(Sales(Amount))
?
Yes we have an early build of a function to recognize duplicate DAX expressions. It is quite basic now but will get better over time.

Measure Killer will show the title if you set one. Otherwise it will just say the type of chart.

My menu is lacking many views, I only get RESULTS, TABLES, KILL MEASURES And COLUMNS, KILL COLUMMS? I´m connected to a PBI semantic model
Maybe you do not have the latest version?!
Hey Fernan could you please share the documents which says this is a free MSTool
You can use the free version but this tool has not been built by Microsoft -> you can download it from measurekiller.com or the Microsoft Store
