Loan is disbursed to your university. MPOWER does not give loans directly to students.

From 45 days after enrollment, you'll start interest only monthly payment. This does not include the principal.
6 months after graduation is when you start paying interest and principal.

Hello Ikenna,, I used my current place of abode as my permanent address when I applied to the school but when I applied for the MPower, the tips I read about the permanent address made me understand that i have to use the address of where my family stays(meaning my hometown address).... please i want to know if it won't it affect my MPower application since the addresses are different?

Your application to the school is different from the MPOWER loan application. So it will not affect your loan application.
