+George Lewis Well i give my hats off to Jack Irons as well. Jack came close to Dave A during 1995 and 96. But he got lame in 97-98 but i can't blame him, he's nearing 35 at that time and wants to spend more time with his family plus he's been suffering bipolar disorder.

He's 46 years old and probably can't hit AS hard as he used to. Besides he had carpal tunnel syndrome cause of how hard he hit, so please shut up. It's 2015 not 1994
Kacy Ortiz I agree with the whole dave ain't coming back thats for sure, but trust me he can still hit as hard if not harder now being 46 years old with playing an instrument as long as you play it everyday or couple times a week you will only get faster and faster as you get older, And way better sounding also, It's only when you hit about 70+ when you start to not be able to play like you did when you are 20. Trust me I know I've studied this and have been playing guitar 15-20 years now, I hit way harder now at 30 when I play bass than I ever did when I was 20 and it sounds hell of alot better to :)

+J P One of the things I heard is that Dave made the 'mistake' of bringing a gun to one of their rehearsals...that flipped Eddie out...the other thing I heard is that Dave somehow wasn't 100% politically aligned w/ them - He might be, say a Libertarian instead of a Liberal, and that according to Lord Vadder's Ethos, is a no-no for band members. And Dave likely remained unmoved and resolute regarding his own personal beliefs...that might have become an intolerable situation for Ed...Abbruzzese's refusal to 'line up behind him'...

This highlights why PJ was always the better band - musicianship wise - than Nirvana. They were untouchable in their era. Glad I grew up through it all.
