Unfortunately I've got my hands occupied with a personal project for the next few months (finding and archiving all the story/dialogue for a game that has been shut-down) Though a tip I can give is to make an mp3 file with all the spoken dialogue of the game and run it through Whisper, not for translation but for the transcription, that way you have the subtitles somewhat timed already and the text to work with, makes life a whole lot easier for subtitling
Unfortunately, Kenji's VA in Japanese was Toshiyuki Morikawa. (voice actor of Minato from Naruto, Leon S. Kennedy from Resident Evil, Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII and Shinada from Yakuza 5)
