Thanks for the Statis Pro Hockey instructional video. Very helpful! I have the game as well, but it's always good to see a visual play through. I love the mini NHL hockey puck to track puck movement! May I ask where you purchased it?
There's a link in the blurb below the video. Just click where it says "Show More" in order to see it. It's the same location as where you buy everything for the game, it's on the Delphi forums.
@@saabjaab Hi Scott, Well, the big thing is how simple he has made the shot attempt process. Now, you only have to look at 1 rating on the defender's card and apply that to the shot attempt type. Before, you had to look at ratings on up to 3 defenders, and I found that that interrupted the flow too much for my liking. Now, it's a lot easier and therefore the game flows better. The FACs have also been clarified, because there were some of them where it wasn't clear what happened. The next time I play the game, I'm going to use a homebrew rule that I read about on the forum: roll 2d10 for shot attempts and saves, instead of flipping a FAC and using the random number on the FAC. Same for face-offs, because each FAC represents about 20 seconds or so. If you use the FACs for a shot sequence, you might use several: 1 to see if the shot is on target, 2 if on target and you check if goalie made save, 3 if a rebound occurs.
HOW did you get this game? I've been wanting to play ice hockey... along with my Status pro baseball, football and basketball... how much is it?
I need to revisit this game, I'm finding out it's similar to Hockey Blast.
I would love to recreate the 1980 Olympic games.

It came with the game NHL Ice Breaker, which is a non-simulation board game. csegames.com/shop/board-games/nhl-ice-breaker/
It says that the game was updated, where do you get the updated stuff from? Thanks
