Amazing Japan train! Kakogawa Station departure & arrival scene JR West

We filmed the arrival and departure of trains on the Kobe Line and Kakogawa Line at Kakogawa Station.
This station is located in the center of Kakogawa City, with an average daily passenger load of about 21,000 people.
Originally an at-ground station, it became an elevated station in 2005 when the continuous grade separation project was completed.
The station has a total of three platforms and six tracks, with two platforms and four tracks for the Kobe Line and one platform and two tracks for the Kakogawa Line.
Special rapid service trains also stop at this station, and local trains are evacuated. You can see this in this video.

因みに2024年6月6日から舞浜駅の新しい発車メロディーが変更されましたよ。
