Disassembling a Pasta Machine and Repairing Stuck Handle

I bought a second hand pasta machine.
The handle was very difficult to turn.
I decided to disassemble the machine and try to fix it.
*I'd recommend using edible oil for the lubrication.

Olive oil.
I would go with any edible oil since in my case at least the oil reached the dough.

Did you use any oil with the brush

Used soap first with the brush, cleaned it w/ water, let it dry and then oiled it.
I Don't remember the type of oil, could've been even olive oil.
