aesthetically much better than 917. and I loved 917 but this is exactly what I wanted out of 917. graphics and videos have more character and seem to be more inspired with limo. the more substantial creative input you guys now have (having a company that’s now something of your own) really shows.
I actually really liked a lot Alex Olson’s graphic design and ideas, but he also didn’t seem interested in having a good time and spending time skating with his own team. Just very checked out and up his own ass. They definitely made the right move and I’m grateful for Limo, but I can also imagine a 917 that was ran better, more collectively, and less pretentious because that would’ve been sick.

Trippin… 917 actually had an amazing aesthetic maybe even one of the most tasteful ones out of all the brands that came out in the 2010s the brand/products/videos aged like fine wine. Limo has an amazing team and the skating is amazing too but the aesthetic is not gonna age well.
Will note tho that as you mentioned the graphic toward the end ooopohhh lawd… but that happens with anything mostly brands it declines in all aspects towards the end.

Is Limosine the first skate company to include a new a video with each of their product drops? It’s incredibly generous. They seem to be having a lot of fun with it and it’s appreciated. The Cyrus and Max Danish footage is unreal. Chris Bell’s “I Am the Cosmos” worked really well for their shared part. Nelly is killing it and looks so good on a board and eating dirt. That nose blunt was perfect. So rad to see new faces Jackie Michel and Noah Mahieu. Congrats on the first year!
