The table is cool , it operates like the panel garage door as you open it one panel at a time bends around the radius of the track as it is stowed overhead. same concept here. This unit so far is extremely nice.
I love this Myles, so much room and storage, bright and open, with so many great features. I'm so glad they didn't go with 2 sinks in the bathroom! I'd want a washer/dryer if I planned to spend extended periods of time or live in this.
One of the nicest 5th wheels that you've showed us recently . . and, I've probably watched over THIRTY of them. I just went to their website and did a "build" of one like this one - by the time I added everything I would like it to have . . it was real close to $200,000.
Thanks for this walk thru Myles. Hope your shoulder is doing better from your ski trip. (Saw the video y yesterday) The kitchen is awesome! Love the tile backsplash. Pantry looks interesting. Wish it had the coffee bar, tho. The bathroom is nice. Love pocket doors. Being of an average height, I don't have to worry about ceiling height in the shower. Fawcet is really nice, too. Im looking for one to live full-time, and this one's very nice, just a little cold esthetically.
always been a fan of Jayco NP, and Pinacle. Love the way the island folds up. The Brinkly, should take some notes. You cant even see the fireplace if your sitting in the right side lazy boy sofa.
Old floor plan just increased in length and the Moryde Independent suspension is $3000 more added at the factory than getting from Moryde. $12000 option $9000 from Moryde
Beautiful!! I love this. Can you live in this mobile full time?? I thought I heard you say you can’t live in this mobile full time. I really would like to know.
We are at Jayco right now, as of Oct 27th, 2024. We were told by the head of warranty if you live in it more than 129 days you void the warranty. You have to have a brick and mortar, as they call it, and are supposed to only travel for recreational purposes, 18.4 weeks. Maximum about 35.5% of the year. To live in it goes against HUD and you would have to have a mortgage rather than a vehicle loan. They do not do those. This is very important to know before you make the decision to buy one. You must have somewhere to live the remaining 64.5% of the year and somewhere to store the unit. The RV is supposed to be stored 64.5% of the year and thankfully some are now adding odometers so you can find out how many miles were put on it during transport to shows and during the RV's stay at dealerships before you purchase. Remember the wear and tear from minimally 2% of the attendees which is 958 people walking through it at the RV shows if there are 47,879 people that were in and out of it there in 2024 in Hershey PA, that means in one day your yearly allowance has been used already for the floors, stairs, railings, recliners, the cabinets, pantry door, fridge, drawers, closets, dish washer door, toilets, not to mention the lights, doors, and the batteries, inverter, and converter. If coming from Jayco in Middlebury, IN to Hershey, PA is 556 miles. Then to Casselbury, FL, as ours was bought there, that is another 963 miles. That is 1519 miles your tires already have of wear and tear. There are hundreds of RV shows across the U.S. and at least 11 in Florida on top of that. We were not aware of these situations when we purchased to travel full time. Don't be caught off guard.
No linen closet in the bathroom? Are the windows dual pane? I like having the extra closet space in the bedroom rather than washer dryer. How thick is the insulation in the walls and is the top insulated? Is the underbelly heated? Thanks for the good job!
The living and kitchen room takes up so much space, never understood why a camper that sleeps 4 needs seating for 7 or more people? There is definitely a way to include washer and dryer hookups there.
I have always liked RV’s ❤ but I don’t live in one. I could live in one with no problem as well. People use to have apts..townhouses and houses plus RV’s and RV’s were just for camping and what ever. You can have an RV if you are the type that take road trips! I like sitting at home in relax mode watching these type of videos etc while cleaning up etc. Thanks for sharing🔥
I'm sure dual pane is an option. As for wall thickness, no. Very few brands have 3 inch walls. Most are around 2". The exceptions that have 3" are Riverstone, as you mentioned, DRV, Open Range 3X series, Luxe, New Horizon, and Spacecraft.
Looks nice, but I'm not sure a Brinkley Z should be compared to a Jayco Pinnacle... completely different level. Gonna guess the price point is much different also.
Great presentation! I love this!. It could use more storage in the bathroom. That’s the only thing I can say. And I want to know what the price is. I click on the link and it does not give you the price it does not give you anywhere to search. It is not a good website. It is awful.
I have lived in a 40' 5th wheel for 6 yrs. I definitely wish my trailer had a desinated w/d cupboard. My trailer has a w/d combo on the right side of the closet where at 5'9" I can't even get to it. Don't even use the combo. It is a nuisance.
Side tables next to the sofa storage cabnit to have a pop up shelves easier to get your items inside it. The drop down counter was smart to added in the island.
Yes it is. Fifth wheels are a type of RV. You likely have always though if motorhomes as the only form of an “RV” but anything designed to be lived in and travel down the road falls under the definition of a recreational vehicle.
@@Jack-b3z2m Wow, what a great, well-reasoned argument you provide. Lots of info & explanation to help back up your claim. No doubt you've convinced everyone of your position, and we all now think that the RV isn't an RV. (Yes, that was sarcasm, in case you couldn't figure it out on your own... 🤣)
@@Jack-b3z2m Translation: "I don't actually have a valid argument, so I'll just throw out random crap that makes me feel better about myself." Got it. 😂 I see you at least managed to get your caps lock key unstuck, so you're making progress! 👍

I LOVE your "unbiased opinion"!.... Don't agree with everything you say? But, absolutely LOVE your video's!... Keep doing what you do!....
I love this camper. Been camper living for 7plus years. One of the best ones I've seen
Really like the floor plan with the exception of how they located the washer/dryer set up.
For the price, the W/D should be standard.

Love the aesthetic of this fifth wheel! Clean, modern & well thought out use of space.
Very informative as always Myles, love the high gloss cabinets !
I believe the correct term for those kind of kitchen sinks is called a "working sink". I love those! RVs have come a long way!
Thanks for this walk thru Myles. Hope your shoulder is doing better from your ski trip. (Saw the video y yesterday)

I am more inclined to buy it if it comes with the washer and dryer standard, but connections are a must for me to buy! Love your videos!
Love this RV.
BTW, those "grab bars" at the steps are actually called •hand rails•.

I do like tk u Meyes nice job taken your time for us all.i do like the axles .wish Brinkley do that..looking to buy after the Hershey show
I think the athroom needed linen storage and i would prefer a walk- in closet. I really like the kitchen...it is the best indoor feature of the rv.
Like Washer dryer in different space for bigger closet
Old floor plan just increased in length and the Moryde Independent suspension is $3000 more added at the factory than getting from Moryde. $12000 option $9000 from Moryde
I would call the sink issue '' a sink rinse flow stream ''.

11:37 look at that detached trim on the right.
14:01 Broken Drawer.
Small things like this make me question the quality of the rest of the RV
Theres more counter space and storage in that kitchen than my house!
Very nice!!😊
I really like this one!!
I love this one!!! I would like the washer/dryer already installed
Wish washer and dryer come in it like. DR S
Let's gooo
I would prefer a washer and dryer included

Do Pinnacle have Dual pane windows? And is there walls as thick as Riverstones? Thank you

No starage for towels in the bathroom🤦♂️🤦♂️
Love this one xx
Better w/no window behind stoves😊
Independent suspension is an option
I thought the bathroom and bedroom would be better. The rest is great.
Agreed.
Hey Myles, do you know if the Jayco Pinnacle offers a model with front living?
Wish they had a choice from high gloss to flat. I really love pinnacle but I’m not a fan of the gloss
You broke the drawer😊
Great video. What is the total length? 40 or 41 ft maybe?

Water fall for the kitchen term you couldn’t think of? Maybe
How much question ❓
Trifold Sofa
Gorgeous model
Washer/ dryer standard. Not any room for towels in bathroom.
I would rather store them outside the bathroom
Side tables next to the sofa storage cabnit to have a pop up shelves easier to get your items inside it. The drop down counter was smart to added in the island.
Am interested but I have $12.000, I have been saving since last year, I need help to buy it
This 5th wheel looks really nice. Needs a partial 2nd bathroom. A 2 bedroom/ bathroom even better.
You forgot the stove and oven, you seem to do it a lot..
Love all of it but the flooring. It’s too busy and visually messes with the otherwise sleek look. It’s also cheap looking.
Don’t like the window behind the stove. 😡 Hard to keep clean.
Loved it until you got to the bathroom. Not enough storage for towels and toiletries. Very disappointing for the high end rv.
I hate high gloss cabinets. Looks like a las Vegas casino plastic kitchen
The refills for NUVO are $$$$$$. A waste.
😂
Love the high gloss finishing!
Beautiful kitchen and living area!
Beautiful inside and out, Myles! :)
Drop search...
This will fail.
No Shit, It's Why I'm Giving Up.
