My man Pedro is the epitome of an upstanding human. Mexicans are such heartfelt people. He ws honestly feeling hopeless for not being able to work and still would only take part of the money because he wanted to earn it. They are the type of people that can have little and still have plenty. Growing up in middle Tennessee I was always teaming up with the mexicans in the tobacco fields juyst so I could eat lunches with them because they always had plenty of home cooked food and the way they laughed with each other isn't like many Americans.. They can find love and happiness in the simplest of things and life and I think that it's important to grasp.
Pedro just made me think of just about every mexican guy I knew in TN, aside from the Latin Aces. I love how Steven seems to come across people in the right timing.
