I don't really think she was a great friend at first but with the way she's going now it seems like she's going to be an actual good friend in season 3. Because a great friend doesn't control and manipulate and take advantage of their friends. I'd say she's a flawed friend but that's okay because it's important to fix your flaws especially if your flaws are harmful towards other people

Yes internally she still cared about her friends and she did good things here and there but for the most part she spent a lot of her screen time doing selfish things that benefited only her. And she has a very skewed idea of what friendship is. Or at least she used to. She used to think that being a good friend was getting her way all the time and being in control 24/7 And telling her friends what to do and what not to do and not let them ever have their own ideas.
