It worked and then the rustic spot came back in a few days. The galley is the most expensive sink we have purchased with the worst stainless steel quality. Big mistake.
I have two galley sinks and I could not be more disappointed. They look so messy unless I clean and wipe dry the sinks after every use, which is unrealistic in family life. I am so disappointed I would like to take out my galley sinks but have learned that if I do I may crack our countertops, so I am stuck with them. Also, they use bamboo cutting boards that broke down within a few months. I had custom walnut cutting boards made to replace the bamboo ones and they are going strong 2 years later. I think Galley Sinks are just cheaply made from the metal to the cutting boards. So disappointed I put them in.
