When I first saw this I thought he was talking about skeppy but after the series went on and especially after interlude I have two theories:
He's talking about a6d or about bad
In the interlude one a6d doesn't seems as worried as skeppy and has blue eyes so he could have some connection with GBH
Or GBH is trying to get BBH's attention, as seeing in the monster one GBH sas that he would talk with bad the only way he knows how to, what is this way? MURDER of course, he could be killing so that bad will see him, stop ignoring him
