One day the mountain set off
It went to the sea for a swim
It went to bathe in the sea
To cool down from the heat
But the sea was really deep
And the mountain didn’t know how to swim
So after its first plunge
It got stuck on the ocean’s floor
Hey mountain, little mountain
Your peak is an island
And your canyons are hiding spots
For dolphins and mermaids
And its mum, the mountain range
Sews fourteen sails
And calls the mountain
To go back home again
But the mountain won’t move
It plays with the other islands
And before it goes to sleep
It blows its mum a kiss
