First, Im so sorry to hear about your Dads passing. I lost my Dad at the end of 2020. It hurts so bad and I just wish I could have reached in and hugged you. I love that you mentioned him and his scuba photo at the beginning…❤ Your vide is inspiring me to get creative again. I love doing crafts, writing, etc. Since my Dads passing, all Ive done is buried myself in a routine of work and cleaning house. Not like me at all but I’m going to try a book like this to get creative and enjoy some me time. Sending a big hug. ❤❤❤

OMG, you are not going to believe this! I haven't done a glue book since several years ago. Your video inspired me to start cutting out some images. I found a magazine that has been sitting here for months, still wrapped in plastic that it was mailed in. As I sit down with it in hand, I discover that the back cover is the exact same page that you got the sharks from!!

Yes!!! Thank you for your kind words, you are so right! Camping, bike riding, boating, scuba diving, triathlons, water skiing, snow skiing, nature walks, bird watching & more…he loved the outdoors! I didn’t even realize I did that until you said something, I must have been subconsciously doing it for my Dad❤️

It is wonderful to have you back, Nicole. Praying for your comfort every day. And I think it’s great, I know you mentioned in the past that your Dad supported you in your art, and he is proud of you. As to the Karens lol, I worked at a high school until I retired last year, in attendance. I would spend the day listening to stories from kids and their study hall absences (lies) but I believe everyone, or their parents (Johnny has a dentist appointment at the last minute on an 82 degree Friday) -the dentist made a lot of money that day- and then I finally get to leave and there is Karen, blocking my car in just the way that you described. I would politely ask her to move and she’d say she was picking up Johnny, I’d be like, duh, and so is everyone else. Now I am free to watch your videos and make stuff all day, and I’m glad you are here with your great glue books and even funnier stories. Thank you, Nicole!
I am so so sorry for the loss of your father......thank you for being brave enough to post a video. We lost my mom 17 years ago.....my dad and I were always tight.....he and I survived afterwards. I lost him 10 years ago. We were best friends! They say time will heal....I didnt think so....but it actually gets a tiny bit better. Just revel in all the memories you have and know he would want you to carry on and BE HAPPY ❤❤❤❤

I'm so very sorry about your dad's passing. My father passed away in 2011 and I still miss him. I think I miss him even more than I miss my mom. Maybe because I didn't get to know him as well. I keep thinking of things I want to ask him. Anyway, you have my sympathy. I hope your good memories of your dad will bring you comfort.
Twice this week I’ve almost picked up my phone to ask my Dad a question, only to remember I can’t. I’m still in shock from it all, but I know with time it will be a bit easier. Losing a parent is a pain I never knew existed until now.

My friend... My heart just aches for you. I am so, so sorry. I loved hearing the stories about your Dad. He was so different than mine. I love hearing the stories of your family, extended family, sibling,sons, babies, dogs. Very different from mine (except the dogs, they were always loving and loyal). You have wonderful memories to remember, daydream, visit anytime you want. Also to mourn that they are over. Not really over, just in a different place to cherish. You have a WONDERFUL family to thank God for. Make sure you mourn. There is NO set time for mourning and grieving to be over. I continue to pray for your Mom, you, and everyone your Dad loved and loved him. I remember the little magazine g.b. you made a long time ago. When I made mine, I glued all the pages backward!
