how is it clean? i used to love it too but growing up and rewatching it has made me realize that there is so much wrong with it. they show it as a norm to sexualize and objectify women. few of their jokes are about rape, indecency with minor girls and also misogyny for example when when ajay devgan says “i imagine you as a wife who is always in the kitchen cooking for my grandparents” there is no real love depiction and i felt second hand embarrassment for the girl all throughout the movie. how did she even agree to play this self humiliating character? i know its in the past but this is how india has become so infected with misogyny and rape culture. anyways its all jokes in the end, how does my criticism of a movie change anything. sigh.

If you are talking about Hrishikesh Mukherjee directed "Golmaal" then definately that movie is cult classic masterpiece comedy movie in Hindi Cinema.
