@@FabRaceModRepeat I hope so! I've been collecting parts for it all winter and have just started working on it this weekend I'll have my tube k member, front suspension and fiberglass fenders on.
@@FabRaceModRepeat the other rules maybe for safety that rules for dummy's. Lol. I guess racing just ain't for me then. Not sure how you put a neutral switch on a standard that didn't come with one but alright.
It still amazes me that anyone would show up at a dragstrip, for the very first time, in a vehicle that requires something like a certified roll cage. Don't folks even try the experience out first in something really slow, just to get a handle on things anymore?
Informative video with plenty of good information for both the beginners and the pro's.
Thanks, I hope it helps some potential racers get past their beginner concerns
I love your videos. I'm currently building my 95 mustang and I plan on drag racing it later this year or next year.

Morning,
Welcome to sport. Once you try it you’ll never be the same.

Nice! Keep your process moving. If you only do one thing a week or a day, just keep it moving. You’ll be surprised how fast it gets done.
I do not have a neutral safety switch on any vehicle I own, but I know how to drive and all I own is older vehicles.
That’s your choice. However, it won’t pass tech inspection at any track that is actually teching cars by the rules.

Lol
It’s easy, put “momentary on” switch, activated when the clutch pedal is pressed in the primary ignition circuit.

LoL
I hear ya.
However I don’t question why they choose the rides they choose. I just remind them to be careful and ease into it.
