    Well thought out video -
    with yak shaving, another way I've thought about it is: force myself to create a mini spec for a task.
    This allows me to a) clarify requirements b) get quick feedback c) create more of a mini problem breakdown/TODO list.
    Also for mentorship, it goes both ways! I've learned so much by assuming a teacher role, getting others to grow 2x.. and sometimes they point out my mistakes and I'm happy to learn from mentees too!

      i'd pick a language/framework that you want to learn and start going through their docs. just start doing something there's no "best" place to start
