Hey Jim! I didn’t realize you were live last night so I missed some. Went back to watch what I missed. I’m confused as to why you would have Sally to pay for the renovations to the house to then turn around and move 6 months to a year later? I must be missing something.

Will you make sure Sally really wants a cat before you and Jeri just show up at the house with one? IF she really wants one I’m sure she would enjoy picking one out herself. I bet you would be a great fit getting a job at a pet store being able to take care of the animals.
Or you can add a room on the house...go on you tube and check things out, go look how a company in S.C. was hired to move house off the beach, cause of erosion...a huge house...looked like a doll house....ok just ideas, I see someone took down my text, I was talking you can have youre home jacked up and build a basement apartment, mother suite...but they do have ideas on different things to do to the house for renovations...
