As for me, it's OK to address my spiritual father as Papa as a gesture of respect to the anointing of God he is blessed with. It's a verbal act to acknowledge him as a chosen one from The God. It should not be an issue to believers to get distracted from the purpose of God in our lives. If you're uncomfortable, I believe no one forces you to address them as Papa.

I am a senior citizen. This discussion is wasting of time. If some says Pappa ji out of respect that is ok. If someone do not want to say Pappa ji it is also ok. Most important is for everyone “Are you Saved or Not?
