Last month on 26th November while I was traveling from Bhopal to Coimbatore, I booked property on Airbnb to stay at Nagpur, but for some reason booking was not updated on property, I approached Airbnb customer care and canceled the booking. I immediately received refund of booking that I did through my credit card

Paaji, Ask Owner of your cottage to connect with AirBnB customer care and report fraud done by previous handler of property and remove listing of property for some time and relist property again with updated Property handlers..

Dear Harryji, Monica ji, do one thing go to Airbnb site, get customer care and update them of the property and also ask person who had booked this property on Airbnb, to ask for refund.
Very sad situation. Goa ke sath sath Assam ka vi naam badnam kar hara he..... ek bande ne puri state ko judgement ki kathghare me dal diya. Fraud is Fraud .... ese logo ko heavy punishment milni chahiye. But aap logo ki humanity ko naman karta hoon. As always lots of love to both of you.

Paji it's not Goa Name get Spoiled, it's India Name get Spoiled and Indian Government System Problem.
That's why one should not visit Goa during Christmas, new year to avoid such mad rush. It is happening because of money.

Sirji, better not take name of any state. Good and bad people are everywhere. Repeating name of any state with the fraudster gives wrong impression and it will only alienate subscribers from that region. Just a friendly advice.
Air bnb should be available on phone..talk to then and drop a mail with pictures for further record
Also there should be land line nos. On property for confirmation at the commecment of journey for the customer..this certainly is a bad experience..thanks Harry bhai for sharing
