For other sports anime, I would recommend Kuroko no Basket, but teamwork and the power of friendship also play a significant role in this anime as well. I don't think there is any other sports anime, other than Blue Lock, that delves into themes of selfishness and egotism. Also, I would love to watch your reactions to "Eminence in Shadow." I absolutely love this anime. It is one of the most fun anime that I have ever watched!
We’ve already watched KnB 😭 yeah I’ve never seen a sports anime that focuses individual instead of the whole team except maybe for Ping pong the animation and even then the relationship of the characters are super important. Also thanks for the suggestion!

I mean in the early 2000s when the Internet wasn't like it is now, there is football anime Captain Tsubasa if u knows, it was famous and the football players talk about it. So now with social media and release the same time with the world cup 2022, alot people talk about bluelock, the footballers must knows.

Lastly, love how Chigiri protected Isagi and how Bachira was ready to throw hands❤😭
