The cast technician that casted my foot turned my foot towards a lateral position and with both hands started pushing hard the underside of my foot, as if trying to push it into an extreme dorsiflex position. It was painful because he was pushing on the fractured part of my foot. Later, when the cast was removed, I have had constant intense ankle pain that will not heal. I think the way he casted my leg injured my ankle joint and cartilage. Also, the cast had been too tight because I could feel a pins and needles sensation when I had it on. I am now walking with a limp and elbow crutch. I will never let anyone put me in a cast again.

Yap, yap, yap… enough already! Your putting on a cast, not splitting an atom.
